Welcome to Filey Studio ("Service" or "Platform"), owned and operated by Sekhon Technologies and Sukhdeep Singh. By accessing or using our website, document engine, seller notes marketplace, or print dispatch tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FILEY, SEKHON TECHNOLOGIES, OR SUKHDEEP SINGH BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING HAPPENING WRONG. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION: DATA LOSS, FILE CORRUPTION, PRINTING ACCURACY DEFECTS, COURIER OR SHIPMENT DELAYS BY THIRD PARTIES (SUCH AS SHIPROCKET OR COURIER PARTNERS), HARDWARE DAMAGE, SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS, UNFULFILLED REVENUE EXPECTATIONS OF CREATORS, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT BY USER-UPLOADED CONTENT, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".
1. Acceptance & Use of Platform
By using Filey, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or using the platform under legal parental supervision) and agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing the platform.
2. User & Creator Responsibilities
When uploading files for PDF conversion, seller marketplace listing, or print requests:
- •You retain copyright to your original documents. However, you grant Filey the necessary license to process, print, or distribute the document per your explicit instructions.
- •Creators listing revision notes on the marketplace guarantee that their notes do not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or academic institution intellectual property.
- •Uploading malware, pirated textbooks, offensive content, or unauthorized copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
3. Print Orders, Payments & Courier Shipping
All physical document print requests are processed upon confirmation of payment via Razorpay. Dispatch is handled via third-party logistics partners (including Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery, Speed Post). Filey does not control shipping times, transit delays, or courier handler errors once orders leave the printing facility.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising under these terms shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Punjab, India.
