Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Filey Studio, operated by Sekhon Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality document tools, verified study materials, and doorstep document printing services across India. This document outlines our policies regarding order cancellations, digital product refunds, physical print returns, and liability limits.
Filey, Sekhon Technologies, and Sukhdeep Singh take NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY for anything happening wrong, including: incorrect files uploaded by the user, low-resolution original PDFs, incorrect delivery addresses entered by the customer, courier transit delays caused by third-party logistics partners, or damage occurring post-delivery. Refunds and replacements are strictly governed by the specific guidelines detailed below.
1. Digital Products & Study Notes
Due to the immediate digital access and downloadable nature of PDF study notes, electronic books, and digital templates, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access or download links are granted. If a downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable due to a system error, our support team will provide a replacement download link upon verification.
2. Physical Print Orders & Shipping Cancellation
Physical document printing and courier orders follow strict cancellation windows:
- •Cancellation Before Printing: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement or before document production begins by emailing [email protected]. A full refund will be processed minus Razorpay gateway processing fees (approx 2%).
- •Cancellation After Production: Once your document has been printed, custom-bound, or dispatched to Shiprocket courier handlers, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- •Printing Defects / Replacement: If your print package arrives damaged or has severe physical printing defects (missing pages due to printer malfunction), please notify us with unboxing photos within 48 hours. We will issue a free reprint replacement.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Filey is not responsible for bank processing delays once the refund transaction reference is issued.
